Hi, I’m Omaralexis — but you can call me Lex!
I’m a CPG insights consultant and advisor who’s worked across enterprise and emerging brands in beauty. I got my start at Johnson & Johnson, working on Neutrogena’s sun care business, where I learned the realities of seasonality, claims, and retail execution. At Numerator, I went deep on market research, focused on consumer panels and customer surveys to translate what shoppers do (and why) into insights that brands can use to make decisions.
Today I am at Amazon where I work with some of the largest Mass Beauty brands in the US to help them navigate category dynamics and go-to-market strategy at the world’s largest retailer.
I created Beauty Active because beauty moves fast, and this is how I keep up. It’s the briefing I wish I had when I was juggling decks: clear context, timely signals, and usable POV that you can take into your morning standup.
